Your field of responsibility

You will be helping to architect, design, deliver and operate IAAS automation solutions within Credit Suisse. In order to do this you will leverage your extensive knowledge of infrastructure management tools such as Saltstack and Ansible and flexible programming languages such as Python. You will have relevant knowledge of system admin (Win/Lin) and virtualization technologies.

Your future colleagues

You will be working in a globally distributed agile scrum team, with team members covering different expertise to provide a full stack DevOps solution for our products. You will be expected to play an active role in the team, working closely with your teammates, Scrum Master and Product Owner to continually develop and improve our product offering. This role requires that the candidate must have the following:

• Strong Python programming skills
• Extensive troubleshooting skills
• Able to manage challenging situations and work well under pressure
• Able to communicate effectively in a multi-cultural team
• Self-motivated, driven and results-oriented approach
• Outstanding interpersonal, organizational skills and contributing to the development of the team
• Willingness and ability to learn on the job and through our extensive training network

Nice to have:

• OS (Win/Lin server) knowledge
• Worked with either Saltstack, Ansible or other IAAS automation tool
• Active contributor to the Saltstack or Ansible open source projects
• Worked in globally distributed agile team
• Worked with CI/CD tools
• Worked in a DevOps or Agile team
• Full stack developer including Angular, postgresql, etcd etc…
• VMware vSphere
• General programming best-practices (Test driven development, OO etc…)
• Agile development (architecture, design, coding, testing, operating)
• Worked in a large Enterprise company
