Your Role and Responsibilities

Our team is working as a corporate function and we work across the Kyndryl enterprise with Corporate Affairs team, CSR, Real Estate and Data Centers, Procurement, Legal, Finance, IR, logistics and with external experts and consultants. Kyndryl has founded an internal Green Guild which aims to develop sustainable business offers to clients. This position will report to the Sustainability Projects & Engagement Program Lead and will interface with practice and business leaders in the organization to understand and develop training and business development content in support of the Green Guild. The Green Guild will ultimately become a Center of Excellence for providing best practices to the business and operations.

In this role, you will meet with internal stakeholders to develop sustainability solutions solution projects and collaborate to build business excellence and best practices. You will support the offerings teams setting up and following up with tracking progress of key deliverables, updating online and offline information to drive collaboration. You will develop marketing material for clients and develop education program.

  • Manages the global business results, including contract fulfillment, project plans, milestones, deliverables, and financial targets for multiple related projects to deliver a desired outcome for the customer and/or business
  • Serves as the interface for multiple global projects
  • Leads and makes decisions that can affect multiple projects and/or an entire program outcome
  • Provides leadership to the project Leads and teams and is an advocate for the performance of the overall program, individual projects, and success metrics
  • Develop internal sustainability COE and learning program through the Green Guild structure
  • Responsible for the maintenance of the Green Guild (organization, co-ordination, knowledge management, planning, communication, and marketing)
  • Assist with business development process (Create content, define business processes, identify new sustainable business offerings)
  • Create and support collaborative workshops internally and externally
  • Develop and promote Green Guild program

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Technology or Sustainability
  • Minimum of 3 + years working in corporate sustainability programs and managing business development
  • Experience managing sustainability programs and gives solutions to solve problems
  • Experience building programs and enjoys the process
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator across functions and businesses
  • Resourceful and able to develop solution with constraints

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

  • Master’s degree would be an advantage
  • Teaching, training, consulting, IT and/or Sustainability certificates
  • PMP certification preferred
  • Expertise in energy, environmental or sustainability
  • Ideal candidate would have both IT and Sustainability experience
  • Client facing or business development experience would be beneficial”
