Project Manager
Employment Contract, Warsaw (Inflancka 4A)
The successful candidate will work with the SAP finance consultants team located in Poland and you will focus on public sector processes in the area of collection and disbursement.
After morning coffee, you will be:
- Be regular touchpoint meetings together with SAP Functionals on status, progress, risks, etc. of new development (change requests)
- Coordinate the release cycle of new development (mainly Change Requests), in details this includes:
- Report on what is in the Release Cycle (Build Scope)
- Follow-up on that the scope has been developed in close collaboration with SAP functionals
- Coordinate and communicate internal & external test plans for release by ensuring that all scope has been tested and approved in test tool HP ALM
- Produce test report to internal review
- Follow-up with functionals on defect management during the release
- Follow-up with functionals on documentation during the release
- Report and update time plan of the release cycle
- Do basis ad-hoc tasks, as ensuring system access, equipment, etc.
