Your field of responsibility

An outstanding opportunity to join us as a PMO specialist ensuring high quality delivery and control on a dedicated group of programs and projects. Your role will include: Governance and Control with strong business case oversight; Communication & Quality Management; Oversight of program budget actual spend and forecasting. Co-ordination program budgeting and annual planning exercise; Oversight of change control / benefits realization tracking/ milestones/ RAID etc.; compliance with bank standards and regulators.

Group Operations carries out high-quality and efficient banking services to clients across the business divisions ensuring the excellent execution of millions of transactions on a daily basis. We operate globally in five regions – 'Switzerland’, 'APAC (excluding India)’, 'Americas‘, 'India’ and 'UK Entities, Wroclaw & Regional Offices’.

You will become a member of Program PMO Team with highly skilled specialists and get opportunity to support the Portfolio Senior Management and Program Managers in ensuring consistent and accurate BoW delivery.

Your skills and experience
You’ll be a good match, if you have:

• Proven experience in IT Projects PMO/PM (min 1-2 years)
• Understanding of project management methods and approaches
• Ability to convey and report clearly, accurately, and concisely through written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently, self-motivated and task oriented, as well as ability to work as a team-player; working seamlessly with colleagues around the world
• Outstanding communication skills and comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders
• An ability to multi-task on a day to day basis, managing on-going projects as well as ad-hoc issues that demand immediate attention
• Excellent quantitative, analytical, and problem solving skills
• Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills
• Strong capability with MS Office tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
• Sense of urgency and ownership
• Proactive – proven ability to manage work autonomously
• Has experience working with globally distributed teams
• PMP, PMO Certification or PRINCE2 Practitioner or other Project Management Certifications
• Good knowledge of the investment banking business – front to back
• Proven experience working for a large, international corporation and comfortable working in a complex matrix organization
