Product Technology Owner

Working with us, you will be responsible for:

• Identify and implement process, data, and reporting improvements for the organization
• Work with large and complex databases containing millions of records
• Participate in requirements analysis, solution definition, and design phase collaboration and tasks
• Demonstrate understanding of the various system relationships within a domain or business unit
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge and application of system models, data models, schemas, database structures, database design, database theory, and various diagramming techniques
• Demonstrate proficiency in the application of principles, practices, and techniques of enterprise architecture framework
• Demonstrate knowledge of Relational / Object Oriented database technologies
• Applies business and industry trends and best practices to existing and new system development efforts
• Perform analysis, document requirements, design technical solutions, develop project plans, perform unit and integration testing, work with users on UAT, implement solutions, document systems, and train users
• Understand the business requirements and evolve the requirements into data model design
• Design data models for applications developed in-house
• Recover and repair data systems in the event of data corruption or system failure
• Participate in the analysis, design, development, documentation, testing and implementation of new data requirements
• Participate in Disaster Recovery related activities and other projects as assigned

We are looking for candidates who:

• Knowledge of SQL query, SQL tuning, & PHP
• Experience working with partners/colleagues from different culture and time zones
• Relational database technologies knowledge
• Trouble shooting and analysis skills to diagnose the problems and drive towards resolution
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline
• 2+ years of work experience
• Demonstrate ability to document and communicate the problem, problem analysis and resolution process, solution and outcome
• Identifies potential issues and risks impacting deadlines and takes necessary steps to mitigate or resolve
• Integrates data from different sources to create a cohesive hypothesis/ recommendation
• Synthesizes diverse forms of information (e.g., data, opinions) to gain an understanding of complex issues
