Product Service Owner (MAN/WAN P2P connections)

Tasks:

• Worldwide service responsibility for all MAN/WAN P2P- connections

• Responsible for Service excellence

• Service calculation, financial modelling and charging to the customer

• Responsible for plan, build and run in cooperation with Network Operations center (NOC)

• Setting and defining operational processes and KPI for NOC

Profile:

• Degree in Computer Science / Electronics Engineering

• Very good English skills, optional German

• Min. 2 year In service management / coordination role – preferable related with Network environments, Nice to have technical network background

• IITIL framework know-how, experience with scripting languages (Python etc.)

• Very good communication and coordination skills (project experience appreciated), analytical and problem solving skills, strong teamwork ability
