Process Optimization Specialist is responsible for liaising with business teams in order to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes in business processes. In case of internally developed solution role may require development of applications. Specialist is also responsible for consistent design/consistent follow up on formal governance standards and technical documentation.

What you will be responsible for

As Process Optimization Specialist/VBA Developer you will be:

• Directly working with different stakeholders across Poland Fund Accounting department to identify, create and implement automated solutions
• Supporting exiting tools developed within Process Optimization team
• Continuously expand knowledge and automation toolkit: VBA (Excel, Access), SQL, Python, Xceptor and other accepted by SSB automation solutions
• Gathering requirements, coordinating, problem solving and reporting progress for assigned projects

• Expert knowledge of the VBA programming language
• Experience developing solutions in both Excel and Access
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision in a fast-paced development environment

• Strong communication and project management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Very Good English
• Python or Xceptor experience is a plus

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience developing Microsoft Office automation
