Process Manager (Capacity & Availability Management)

We are looking for Process Manager for O8 – Capacity Management and O9 – Availabilty Management.

Tasks:

• Responsible for the design of O8 Capacity management process and O9 Availability management process
• CIP for the worldwide process KPIs
• Continuous worldwide check on process implementation and ensure implementation of measures from the last Maturity Level Check (MLC)
• Coordination and evaluation of incoming process requirements

Profile:

• Experience in a similar position (at least 3-5 years)
• Process management experience and ITIL knowledge – ITIL certified (at ITIL v3 foundation)
• Personality: Team player, good communication skills
• Working Practice: Independent, organized
• Languages: good communication skills in written and spoken English
• Education: completed study or comparable work experience
