Job Description

SSGA’s Global Funds Management (“GFM”) team drives sound fund oversight programs across SSGA’s funds and services.  Newly established GFM’s Fund Expense Oversight Centre of Excellence is looking for Process Automation Analyst who will plan and execute automation initiatives for the team.

As Process Automation Analyst, you will:

• Work with team SMEs to familiarize yourself with various processes
• Review processes to assess automaton possibility
• Code macros and applications to automize processes
• Ensure that all automations are properly documented
• Train team member on the new tools
• Ensure ongoing changes and maintenance for the existing tools

These skills will help you succeed in this role:

• Excellent programming skills (VBA/Python).
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to details.
• Focus on continuous process improvement, procedure writing, and risk mitigation.
• Strong analytical, organizational and critical thinking skills.
• Self-motivated, ability to work independently and prioritize.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• Computer proficient especially with programming and advanced Excel features.
• Proficient in English language.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate opinions clearly and efficiently, both verbally and in writing
