We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Power BI Expert to join our Identity & Access Management (IAM) team. As the Power BI Expert, you will take ownership of the IAM reporting platform throughout its entire lifecycle. Your role will involve collaborating closely with our technical team and Power BI experts, providing support, and assuming key responsibilities. You will play a crucial role in shaping the IAM vision, working in coordination with IAM PSOs to develop product plans based on business demands. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing business requirements, reviewing backlog, monitoring development progress, scheduling, and leading software deployments, and ensuring compliance with enterprise guidelines. Your expertise will be pivotal in elevating our current product to the next level.

Your Profile:

Experience and Knowledge Required:

• Education: Master’s degree in Management of Business Information Technology, Computing and Information Systems, Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
• Expert level proficiency in MS Power BI and MS SQL Server, with a proven track record of building Power BI environments for business purposes.
• Strong working knowledge of BI data modelling and ETL processes or comparable skills.
• Experience in leading agile/scrum product development teams.
• Over 5 years of experience in product ownership for IT applications.

• Enthusiastic team player comfortable working in a dynamic environment within an international team, willing to share knowledge and support colleagues.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Open-minded and customer-oriented in interactions.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to translate customer needs into requirements for design and development purposes.
• Willingness to travel when required.

Language Skills:

• Fluent/proficient level in English (written and spoken) is a must. Knowledge of German is an advantage.
