Job Description
Tasks:

• Organizing meetings (project internal and with stakeholders)
• Monthly reporting (checks status, remindings)
• Taking care of Docupedia (administration, updates)
• Taking care of internal portal (blog posts, event calendar, presentations, publish videos
• Supporting the team in other administrative tasks

Qualifications
Profile:

• Student of 2-4 year of IT or similar fields of study
• Avaibility minimum 32h per week
• Good English and German language skills
• Project management skills are nice to have
• Responsibility, initiative, goal orientation, analytical skills, open minded
• Initiative and teamwork
• Ability to collaborate within an international and diverse team
