Operations Specialist

Daily Activities

We are looking for a motivated professional to join our Operations team in MN RAN Productization. As part of our team, you will be providing assistant and administrative support to our Planning and Execution tribes

Responsibilities

• Schedule/calendar management
• Preparation of presentations and materials for meetings and events based on given information as required
• Ordering office accessories and equipment, spending planning support, seating place arrangements, office equipment inventory
• Develops and maintains SharePoint community and other communication forums
• Preparation and consolidation of metrics and reports
• Organization of business trips, travel support, ad hoc travel changes in the shortest notice
• Preparation of letters and other documents based on given information /input as required

Requirements

• Great English language skills (spoken and written)
• Excellent people skills
• Knowledge of MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Word)
• Positive energy, sense of humor, enthusiasm and proactive work ethic
• Fast and accurate with good attention to detail
