Marketing Specialist
Franklin Templeton has a sales and marketing presence in a number of international locations. This role is to support primarily our EMEA institutional division. The candidate will be supporting the EMEA institutional marketing team. This team is embedded within a regional marketing team and strives to increase Franklin Templeton’s brand awareness across institutional clients and to support our distribution partners in achieving their business goals. The candidate will primarily look after the following areas: websites, thought-leadership amplification in digital content platforms including organic social media, digital client communication programs (i.e. delivering email programs) and non-standard presentation requests for clients.
Working with us, you will be responsible for:
- Managing third-party content platforms including content selection, posting and drafting of any necessary copy
- Keeping the corporate profile up to date across all platforms
- Tracking and analysing monthly statistics and converting that into actionable insights for other marketing team members and distribution partners
- Working directly with the content platforms, the individual will look to improve relationship and service and explore new opportunities with each platform
- Renewing agreements and subscriptions
- Maintaining social media internal sharing systems, uploading posts when necessary and securing all necessary approvals
- Maintaining regional and local websites ensuring they include up to date/accurate information, proactively escalate and manage website issues
- Liaising with the web team for uploads to the websites (topic papers, campaign components, etc.)
- Monitoring performance of websites by producing or requesting statistics and provides recommendations
- Attending regular meetings with web team to discuss and propose improvements and stays up to date on new functionalities
- Collaborating with EMEA Marketing teams on creating and implementing digital client engagement programs leveraging marketing automatization tools such as Marketo
- Creating deliverables including email, including local customization Delivers metrics and evaluation reports and presents results to internal teams
- Advising on optimal set-up, processes and tools required to deliver these programs
- Prioritizing EMEA client requests based on deliverable dates and duration estimates, ensuring that requests align with firm policies and brand standards
- Managing the requests fulfillment site by ensuring accurate scheduling, naming conventions categorizations, assignees, and project/task communications inputs so requests are in real time
- Conducting training and education on system and workflow tools, providing information to EMEA clients and business partners regarding availability of new marketing materials and enhanced system/workflow tool functionality
We are looking for candidates who:
- University Degree or equivalent preferably in Marketing, Economics, Advertising or Business Administration
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the financial industry
- Fully proficient with all Microsoft applications with a special focus on Power Point
- Solid knowledge about digital marketing related systems: CMS (i.e. Bloomreach), automated marketing platforms (i.e. Marketo), CRM (i.e. Microsoft Dynamics)
- Knowledge of standard digital marketing metrics
- Proven success in delivering marketing related projects (i.e. timeline, quality, productivity, and responsiveness to business/client needs)
- Experience with cross-functional and multi-channel teams (i.e. sales/marketing, client service, management, compliance, performance, data)
- Excellent English and Polish verbal communication and copywriting skills (other languages an asset)
- Solid proof-reading skills and attention to detail
- Prior knowledge of regulatory and financial industry rules, guidelines, and standards a plus,
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Ability to build relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders
- Strong coordination skills and ability to manage multiple projects at the same time,
- Efficiently and effectively solves problems of advanced scope and complexity following established policies and procedures
- Ability to provide creative recommendations
