Marketing Specialist

We’re currently looking two people for two Marketing Specialist positions to join our team EMEA marketing team.

Franklin Templeton has a sales and marketing presence in several international locations. This role is to support the EMEA division, and more specifically the Spanish and CEEMEA markets:

• The individual is responsible for the digital support for client communication and promotion of marketing materials.
• The individual is responsible for ensuring that the sales and marketing teams receive prompt delivery of fund reporting each month.
• The individual is also more involved in ad hoc project coordination and in more specific marketing support..

Working with us, you will be responsible for:

• Create and deliver emails to clients via Marketo mailing system promoting marketing campaigns, materials and corporate events
• Manage emails, redesign templates and create new templates
• Work with the local sales and marketing teams on the clients mailing lists
• Ensure that the website is up to date, including the addition of newly launched funds
• Using web update systems, BloomReach and Widen, add new documents to the websites
• Work with the Website Team to have new campaign content added to the website
• Generate monthly core suite materials such as automated presentations and fund factsheets, coordinating any change with the internal marketing teams.
• Download them in the local drives.
• Report issues and enhancements, and cooperate with the central services teams to resolve them
• Grow strong relationship with the team being supported.
• Build solid relationships with central marketing departments to improve the support to the region
• Develop solid knowledge of information needs by sales team and coordinate information flows between global support teams and local sales & marketing team functionality

We are looking for candidates who:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or finance
• Knowledge of Financial sphere/Funds in general will be a plus
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in spoken and written Spanish will be a plus
• Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver upon several projects in a deadline driven environment
• Proven ability to work with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to details and thoroughness in communicating requirements, documenting discussions and outcomes
• Proficiency in key Microsoft applications such as Power Point and Excel. Knowledge in Marketo would be welcomed.
