Location: Poznań

This team delivers strategic and impactful development programs and solutions to support business results and enhance the effectiveness of the enterprise, leader and individual capability. We have deep expertise in the areas of employee engagement, leadership, performance, competency and professional development design and delivery. The manager will be responsible for the success of the training and development strategy and delivery across the Poland and India regions. The Manager will be responsible for identifying development needs, curating and delivering solutions from our global collection across the regions at every level. The incumbent will be accountable for setting clear points of evaluation and must be able to demonstrate the degree of success achieved for all learning and development interventions.

We are looking for candidates who have:

• Degree level or postgraduate qualifications are desirable, particularly in the areas of Human Resource Management, Psychology or any relevant field (or) extensive experience in leading a Training and Development function.
• 10 to 15 years of experience in the areas of Learning and Development.
• Solid understanding of program design, facilitation and evaluation of training solutions is required.
• Strong communication and organization skills are essential.
• Adept at building relationships, influencing others, problem solving and offering pragmatic solutions.
• Analytical and reporting skills preferred.
