We are looking for ambitious engineers willing to join our team to work on the position of LTE and IoT System Engineer to support LTE R&D (in particular LTE Control Plane, LTE User Plane and Internet of Things related features). You will be responsible for LTE eNB system engineering in close cooperation with development teams.

LTE and IoT System Engineer:

• plays a vital role in specification work on all levels (e.g. system level, entity level, etc.)
• is responsible for requirements analysis
• identifies feature relationships and inter-dependencies
• moderates design workshops with feature teams and creates eNB design solutions
• shares domain knowledge with all involved feature teams
• coordinates feature realization across all involved feature teams
• contributes to problem solving of system issues on all levels
• takes part in root cause analysis of issues identified in feature development

Requirements:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication, Computer Science, Software Technology or equivalent education
• experience as System Engineer, System Analyst, Requirements Engineer or equivalent
• knowledge of LTE eNodeB system architecture and interfaces
• good communication in English (both written and spoken)
• very good interpersonal and teamwork skills

Bonus points:

• familiarity with 3GPP standards
• experience in LTE and IoT radio technology (LTE, LTE-M, NB-IoT)
• experience in development of mobile communication systems
• experience in agile software development process (Scrum)
