This is a phenomenal opportunity to join the EMEA (Poland) campus recruitment team and lead campus recruitment activities for Poland across multiple business areas. You will develop and manage execution of both intern and full time hiring into our largest campus programs, with specific focus on diversity recruitment strategies. Through close partnerships with the business and the use of data analytics, you will help define the approach to recruiting up to 300 hires. You will drive innovative sourcing strategies, engaging with external diversity partner organizations and key academic institutions using both physical and virtual platforms, to deliver a diverse and high caliber class.
You will be joining a highly skilled and global campus recruitment team. We operate seamlessly across regions, driving innovation and excellence. Based in Wroclaw, you will be a senior member of a team of 12 campus recruiters and coordinators across EMEA, specifically leading a team of 3. As part of the broader HR organization, we participate in enterprise-wide projects and initiatives.
