Your field of responsibility

This is a phenomenal opportunity to join the EMEA (Poland) campus recruitment team and lead campus recruitment activities for Poland across multiple business areas. You will develop and manage execution of both intern and full time hiring into our largest campus programs, with specific focus on diversity recruitment strategies. Through close partnerships with the business and the use of data analytics, you will help define the approach to recruiting up to 300 hires. You will drive innovative sourcing strategies, engaging with external diversity partner organizations and key academic institutions using both physical and virtual platforms, to deliver a diverse and high caliber class.

You will be joining a highly skilled and global campus recruitment team. We operate seamlessly across regions, driving innovation and excellence. Based in Wroclaw, you will be a senior member of a team of 12 campus recruiters and coordinators across EMEA, specifically leading a team of 3. As part of the broader HR organization, we participate in enterprise-wide projects and initiatives. Campus Recruitment Team is a part of EMEA Experienced and Campus Team.

Your skills and experience

You will need to have proven organization and time management skills, exceptional administrative skills and an ability to learn quickly, take ownership and use their own initiative on occasion.

  • Campus recruiting experience, preferably in financial services
  • Demonstrable track record of building and managing senior business partner relationships
  • Proven experience of producing and communicating data analytics
  • Phenomenal communication skills are essential (in English and Polish). Ability to communicate to people at different levels of seniority within the bank.
  • Proven understanding of Microsoft systems such as Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Word
  • Interest in Employer Branding and head full of creative ideas
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
