An outstanding opportunity to join the Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) team as a Knowledge Management Analyst. A role that offers you the right platform to develop your capabilities in the field of Knowledge Management. Your responsibilities will focus on data analysis, process improvement, Jira creation and management, release support, and end user support concepts that include data flows and analysis, identification of controls and data quality management. At the same time, you will have an opportunity to act as Subject Matter Expert for the Knowledge module and manage close collaboration with Business and IT representatives located globally.

Your skills and experience

We are looking for a candidate who has at least 2 to 3 years of proven experience in data analysis, process improvement in an IT support role, preferably in a global environment and/or within the banking or finance industry. Additionally, we seek a candidate that has the following skills and experience.

• Excellent ability to collaborate effectively across cultures in a global environment
• Proven track record of 2 – 3 years’ experience in a technical support function
• Practical experience and understanding of ITIL v4 framework
• Ability to manage and liaise with the internal IT knowledge partners
• Provide end-to-end support for jira creation, development and release
• Team-spirit and confident professional manner
• Ability to work independently
• Prior Knowledge Management experience (a plus)
• Experience creating workflows
• Knowledge Centered Service (KCS) understanding (a plus)
• Good attention to detail and data/trend analysis
• Experience leading team projects
• Ability to work with Knowledge users and ITSM process groups to leverage Knowledge
• Experience translating user needs assessment to technical requirements via jiras
• Efficiency in MS Office tools; Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English
• Dedicated to seeking challenges and a natural curiosity in finding solutions to problems
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related subject; alternatively, an equivalent education/experience in one of these topics
