An outstanding opportunity to join the Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) team as a Knowledge Management Analyst. A role that offers you the right platform to develop your capabilities in the field of Knowledge Management. Your responsibilities will focus on data analysis, process improvement, Jira creation and management, release support, and end user support concepts that include data flows and analysis, identification of controls and data quality management. At the same time, you will have an opportunity to act as Subject Matter Expert for the Knowledge module and manage close collaboration with Business and IT representatives located globally.
As a member of the Knowledge Management team, you will experience an atmosphere where client focus, service excellence and teamwork are at the core of every interaction. In parallel, you will have a chance to explore various options to drive process improvement and leverage Knowledge in multiple Self-Help environments and within the Knowledge module. You will learn more about the ServiceNow platform and how the tool can benefit efficiencies within Credit Suisse IT. Moreover, you will become a part of a team journey to develop and shape the future of Knowledge Management as an asset to all ITSM processes. We are looking for a candidate who has at least 2 to 3 years of proven experience in data analysis, process improvement in an IT support role, preferably in a global environment and/or within the banking or finance industry.
