Location: Warsaw, Lodz, Katowice or 100% remote

What will you do:

• Assist in supporting day-to-day operations (incidents, change requests, reporting) on Storage/Backup platforms
• Participate in projects (assist with new deployments, migrations, upgrades, testing)
• Create and maintain technology documentation

Qualifications
What do we expect from you :

• Degree or final year of technical studies
• Very good English (written and oral)
• Problem-solving skills and techniques
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills
• Familiarity/experience with storage/backup technology (IBM, Hitachi, Dell-EMC, NetApp, Veritas, Commvault)
• Familiarity/experience with SAN switch technology (Cisco, Brocade)
• Familiarity with ITIL based service processes (incident/problem/change management)
