Job Description
Tasks:

• Together with the Product Owners you will manage a product and develop it further together with process and IT experts
• You are responsible for the definition of user stories and acceptance criteria, testing and releasing of the processes and developments and the hand-over to the rollout teams
• You play a strong role in a core team being overall responsible for various IT applications for about 50,000 people in 30 countries
• You act as business consultant in order to define best process and IT solutions
• You strive for continuous improvement based on user feedback and strategic decisions

Qualifications
Profile:

• You are a digital native feeling home in IT applications
• You hold a degree in IT, Business Administration or Economics
• You are familiar in agile framework methods and tools and you are preferably a certified product owner
• You have some experience in the field of business process management and project management
• Analytical thinking and the competence to design holistic, sustainable solutions
• Good communication and presentation skills
• You speak English and German
• Willingness to travel
