About this opportunity

Welcome to the Customer Data Services FI 1 team. We add value by delivering services and products with high quality and efficiency. As the (Junior) Process Officer to Customer Data Services Team, you’ll play a valuable role in keeping our delivery promises to our customers and stakeholders and working on constant improvements.

What you’ll be doing:

• Proactively gaining process knowledge to provide required service level
• Handling routine tasks at the required level of quality and within time frame following guidelines/working instructions
• Co-operating with stakeholders across Nordea
• Identifying and proposing improvements within own area of responsibility to improve process efficiency and reduce risk and cost

You’ll join an international team full of skilled people working towards common goals. The role is based in Łódź.

Your experience and background:

• English on good communicative level (at least B1+)
• Good command on MS Office Tools
• Any experience or relation with Finland or Finnish process is welcome
