Junior IT Professional – IT Service Delivery Management is directed for those of you who wish to onboard on a cross-functional and cross-process journey to become an IT Delivery Manager.

As a Junior IT Professional you will be responsible for meeting agreed development goals as well as ensuring that delivered solutions/services meet our business technical and non-technical requirements. You will get mentoring and support where necessary but also be encouraged to take more and more responsibility.

Are you familiar with ITIL? Have you managed a project?
Do you have a professional experience in budget management? Have you managed a team?
Have you worked with KPI/SLA?
Are you a proactive person, with attention to detail and a drive for improvements?

If you answered “YES” to all of the above you might be the person we are looking for!

We offer:

Salary: 5800 PLN gross for full time job;
Full time or 4/5 time employment for 12 months with a truly global company;
Individual Mentor who will support the whole learning process;
