Junior Deliverability Specialist

Challenges:

• Analysis of system metrics
• Maintaining sending infrastructure and services documentation
• Monitor performance and maintain systems according to our requirements, with troubleshooting of issues, incidents and outages
• Maintaining system sending infrastructure to keep the best possible reputation
• Analysis of bad-actors activity (spam complains, phishing attempts and more)
• Working with ISPs, like Outlook, Wirtualna Polska, Interia, Onet, Sezam, Freemail.hu, Mail.ru, Yandex and others to identify issues, bad actors and incidents
• Working with the system administration IT team – configuring and add new services as necessary, engineering of system administration related solutions for various project and operational need etc.

Requirements:

• Have a nice and passion driven personality
• Working with many teams members so team-work skills are essential; we look for great communication skills
• Some experience with email platforms (like Postfix)
• Ability to create basic scripts in Bash, Python, Perl or other language
• Analytical problem-solving aptitude
• Familiarity with various aspects of operating systems and platforms
• Attention to details and ability to deliver within a declared time window

• Knowledge of monitoring tools
• Some experience in creating metrics and performance indicators
• Some experience with supporting open source operating systems
• Hands-on experience with automation management tools (like Ansible, Chef, Puppet etc.)
• Familiarity with Elasticsearch and Kibana
