Basic qualifications:

  • Good command of English, both verbally and in writing,
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office,
  • Ability to learn new concepts, systems, and software independently and quickly,
  • Good communications skills,
  • Excellent organization of work,
  • Attention to details.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in an IT support function and/or risk management/compliance function,
  • Strong information search capabilities including online and offline research,
  • Economic studies (Finance, Management, Audit, etc.) or IT studies,
  • Analytical/problem solving skills,
  • Experience in an auditor role would be beneficial.

Governance Risk and Compliance Central has been created to be used by the whole IT organization. It is intended to be the one-stop portal for easy access to IT Control Documents (SOPs & Standards) with the supporting guidance and training materials.
IT Management System provides a service to integrate, manage and govern ITMS controls, guidance, and templates across all GSK IT. This role supports a supervisor in ensuring that all required internal and external compliance requirements are met and delivers a reduction in the overall risk profile for GSK Stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

  • Creating or updating records to show that activities have been carried out correctly,
  • Tracking and updating IT procedures,
  • Participating in service improvement initiatives using GRC tools and ways of working as required,
  • Communicating with peers, management and end-users on the operations aspects of service support,
  • Timely identification, documentation, resolution and, when appropriate, escalation of process or GRC IT shared service issues that may pose a risk to the GSK business,
  • Analysis and insight generation to support risk management activities.
