Basic qualifications:

• Higher education (degree level preferred)
• General IT knowledge
• Proficient in MS Office tools
• Basic knowledge of Windows 7 operating system
• 1 year of experience in the Information Technology field, with a minimum of 1 year a service environment
• Fluent English in writing and speaking
• Analytical skills
• Problem solving ability
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service and organizational skills

Preferred qualifications:

• International experience in establishing mutual relations with partners across the organisation
• French in writing in speaking (nice to have, not required)

Details:

Project for 12 months.

This role is responsible for providing access to various IT services for GSK Vaccines users and providing for them first-level support and guidance.

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting users by resolving requests and incidents
• Escalation and communication of issues to senior analysts and/or management
• Creating reports on service performance
• Participating in service improvements activities
• Establish, maintain and undertake training on technical standards, policies and procedures as required by employer
• Selecting appropriate technical solution for particular issues
• Proposing improvements in the service
• Documenting solutions and processes
