  • Highly developed problem solving skills, ability to communicate with partners at all levels, extensive interpersonal skills,
  • Application support experience.

Preferred qualifications:

  • SFDC experience,
  • Consumer Goods experience.

Consumer Healthcare IT is a division of GSK that manages well known global brands. Joining CH IT equals double benefit of understanding both the Consumer Goods industry in addition to the Life Science industry. Within Consumer Healthcare IT we support Global applications running on Salesforce.com which is the number one vendor for CRM software globally.

New members will be trained of this fast growing cloud technology. We have a number of applications covering Sales and App cloud and a major global application covering Service Cloud that allows consumers to contact GSK via call centers and social media.

As IT Service Consultant you can be responsible for:

  • Delivering service according to agreed SLAs,
  • Maintaining relationship with Markets to handle user problems and drive adoption/utilisation though customer boards, Gembas and communities of practice,
  • Serving as point of contact for service operations with IT Groups, Programmes, Projects and Business teams,
  • Actively managing and communicating Major Incidents,
  • Define, document, agree, monitor, measure, report and review the level of IT services provided,
  • Working with the CC Analyst to measure & communicate service performance,
  • Working with the Service Design & Transition manager to define service requirements and transition new applications or major changes into service operation,
  • Ensuring compliance to all ITMS, PMO & Validation processes across all the Sales Excellence organisation and other Business Unit IT engagements,
  • Managing and remediate Service Risks with GRC,
  • Production environment stability,
  • Driving continuous improvement of the Service maturity, capability and performance.
