Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

• Responsible for IT security evaluation of customer-initiated ticket-based change requests as well as the verification of existing configurations of firewalls and proxies
• Responsible for customer application architectures and evaluating them against IT security policies
• Defining and maintaining the configuration lifecycle within network security policies for firewalls and web proxies.
• Following up on legacy firewall rules and proxy clearances is an important task to keep the configuration up to date

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

• Completed degree (Bachelor or Master) with a focus in information technology (Computer Science etc.) or similar qualification
• Experience with IT security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, …) and products.
• Knowledge in IT security infrastructure concepts, network technologies (amongst others: firewall, proxy, LAN, WAN), internet protocols (amongst others: TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS) plus operating systems.
• Proficiency in English, nice to have German skills
• Analytical thinking and results-oriented
