Job Description

• As an Inhouse-SAP-Consultant – Customer Experience (SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Service Cloud incl. SAP FSM, Qualtrics, SAP Customer Data Cloud) you will be responsible for analyzing, consulting, design, implementation, improvement and digitalization of business process and functions around the processes of customer experience with your corresponding customer, governance-departments, IT-expert-families, product- and solution-managers and IT-architects
• You will implement and optimize the customer experience journey with focus in S/4-HANA – (SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Service Cloud incl. SAP FSM, Qualtrics, SAP Customer Data Cloud)
• You will analyze, design, develop integration scenarios in collaboration with all interacting departments around the customer experience IT-landscape of Automotive Aftermarket (SAP and Non-SAP-Systems)
• You take over responsibility and coordination of all relevant developments including operation among customer experience products/solutions incl. releases within Bosch Automotive Aftermarket

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, Masters or PMP certified in Computer Science or Business Administration or equivalent
• Business fluent English language skills and professional experience in the area of Customer Experience
• Good understanding of overall business models and business processes around customer experience e.g. in the area of trade and consumers or in mobility business
• You speak the language of developers; you would like to master the craft of customizing/coding to fulfill customer satisfaction with strong commitment
• You are looking forward to work in an international environment and like the interaction with the customer and further stakeholders within Automotive
• Aftermarket and IT departments
• Your knowledge of different technologies and programming languages will be an advantage when taking your first steps as a SAP-Inhouse-Consultant in Bosch.
• You have advanced software engineering skills (method, modelling, software design) and experience in IT-projects
• You have first experience in SAP C4C, SAP FSM, SAP ERP CS, SAP CRM, SAP Hybris Commerce, Fiori Applications, SAP CX, SAP S/4HANA Service). Skills in
• SAP Commerce Cloud, Qualtrics and SAP Customer Data Cloud are an advantage, but not a must.
• It’s a plus if you have experience in Java-(Script) or Python or ABAP or HTML 5 UI
• You would like to explore new paths by thinking outside of the box and end-to-end
• You have strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to moderate workshops and discussions
• You are excited that your analytic talent and time management skills will be of good use to you
• As our clients also value personal, you should have the flexibility and willingness to travel.
