Your field of responsibility:

An outstanding opportunity to join us in this role which is within the International Wealth Management organization of Credit-Suisse and is responsible for the IT Risk & Control ownership across multiple international locations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing IT Risk & Controls for IWM Technology and ensuring compliance with relevant Credit-Suisse policies and regulations
  • Driving the reduction of IT risk in partnership with control functions including internal and external auditors
  • Working as part of a team of subject matter experts to tackle complex problems and propose suitable solutions
  • Identifying improvement opportunities in our Risk and Control culture through active engagement with key IT functions
  • Reporting on a range of IT Risk & Control topics to ensure visibility with senior management and own risk themes for the division
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with other control functions at a senior level

Your skills and experience:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual with the below qualifications:

  • 3 – 5 years’ experience working in IT ideally within a Financial organization
  • A solid technical understanding of IT and technology in general with a desire to work in a fast paced and challenging environment
  • Proven track record of high performance in a service orientated environment
  • Excellent problem solving skills which must be demonstrated through previous education or career experience
  • Strong listening & spoken communication skills in English (Essential)
  • Project management experience coordinating tasks over multiple locations with business partners of all levels
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
