The Poland Talent Acquisition Team is looking to add a new member. Your main job will involve leading an end-to-end recruitment process for various IT roles (software developers, QA engineers, etc.) for our newly open office in Warsaw.
Prepare job postings, review applications, and source candidates using various channels
Screen, shortlist candidates and develop talent pools of qualified candidates
Schedule interviews, update the ATS, keep clear and detailed records
Manage the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting
