Job Description
Tasks:

• Participate in IT Product/Solution release planning
• Act as problem owner for all „run” aspects in the lifecycle of the IT-Solutions
• Responsible for maintaining required operational documentation (SLA, ITOM etc))
• Suggests and promotes service and quality improvements on an ongoing basis
• Collaborates with different internal IT stakeholders to ensure IT availability of IT product/solution
• Provides regular reports on IT-Product/Solution performance and availability

Qualifications:

• Strong Expert knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident-, Problem-, Asset-, Crisis-, Service-, Change-Management, etc.)
• Strong technical knowledge in application and infrastructure especially within the focus area of his IT solution Data Protection and GDPR
• Good understanding of performance metrics (KPIs, SLAs, OLAs) and business needs
  Experience within IT global scope projects (being part
  of international teams)
• Analytical and problem solving skills to address and resolve technical issues
• Self-organization, structured, responsible and goal-oriented
• Ability to present your results and communicate within the team
• Bachelor degree
• Excellent English
