Job Description
Tasks:

• Responsible for the End to End availability and performance of corresponding business processes within the IT solutions of eBike
• Consult technical and non technical individuals with operational expertise
• Responsible to provide a business adequate operations level with the operating and support units
• Knows the service level requirements and the appropriate importance of respective IT landscape
• Provides regular reports on solution (eBike) performance and availability

Qualifications
Profile:

• Strong Expert knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident-, Problem-, Asset-, Crisis-, Service-, Change-Management, etc.)
• Knowledge in public cloud computing (e.g. AWS)
• Good understanding of performance metrics (KPIs, SLAs, OLAs) and business needs
• Experience within IT global scope projects (being part
  of international teams)
• Experience in working with international teams and with external providers
• Analytical and problem solving skills to address and resolve technical issues
• Self-organization, structured, responsible and goal-oriented
• Ability to present your results and communicate within the team
• Bachelor degree
• Excellent English
