IT Office Assistant

Tasks:

• Personal assistant of the business unit and the department leaders (calender, mail, meeting organisation)
• Organizing domestic and international business trips, programs, meetings, workshops and team building events
• Being responsible for the daily office management
• Being a contact person for general questions regarding work time and travel regulation
• Office supplying and hardware orderings
• Maintaining organizational charts, preparation of personnel announcements
• Maintaining internal documentation and archiving
• Supporting the onboarding process in the department
• Ad-hoc and daily office tasks

Profile:

• At least 2 years’ experience in similar position
• Fluent in Polish & English at least at the B2 level
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook
• Excellent oral and written communication skills,
• Strong team player with flexibility to work independently when necessary
• Experience in coordination and moderation of the meetings
