As an Expert IT – Business Analyst you provide direction for the successful completion of development and support of processes, plans and procedures. Using your previous experience and provided training, you analyze business processes and requirements and identify potential areas for improvement of the business processes. Your tasks include reviewing and/or creating business requirements (functional and non-functional) and documentations. Transforming them into system requirements.
You support Business staff in testing activities according to processes defined in existing procedures and guidelines to ensure that Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) deliverables follow a good and unique standards. You are the person who is responsible for ensuring that all documentation accurately reflects the current status of changes and outstanding issues so that business requirements reflect application features and functions.
One of your tasks is also managing specific application quality assurance activities including tracking of bug reports and changing requests and ensuring their timely resolution. You are accountable for the overall success of analyzing, including results verification and release sign-off.
You will be also facilitating workshops with technical and business stakeholders.
