We need IT Delivery Manager in Strategic Outsourcing Team who has:

• Experience in sourcing IT projects and services from external providers (including RFP process, service transition and delivery, service improvements)
• Ability to understand a complex business landscape and establish effective cooperation model with business partners
• Experience in monitoring productivity and quality performance against contractual obligations developed in collaboration with procurement and vendor management office
• Minimum 5 years of experience in leading IT projects or services in global environment
• Knowledge of good practices of IT service and project management, such as ITIL, PMI, Prince2 as well as agile methodologies (like Scrum, Kanban, Lean);
• Excellent communication skills in English;
• Experience in working with virtual/dispersed project/service team
• Acted as an agent of change which lead the transformation of sourcing model in line with the agreed strategy (would be a strong advantage)

• Salary range: 13,000-16,500 PLN gross
