Veeva is a global leader providing CRM application and related solutions in the cloud for Pharmaceutical industry. Most big Pharmaceutical companies have switched or are switching to Veeva CRM as their base CRM application. Veeva CRM is built on the Salesforce.com platform. SFDC is leading provider of software as a service solutions. In GSK Veeva deployment is integrated with on-premise data using technologies like Informatica and Oracle.

As IT Consultant managing our environments you will be responsible for:

• Leading and confirming definition of environment strategy and plans,
• Liaising with all partners to establish the environment needs throughout the system development lifecycle,
• Ensuring that the environments required to support the Development, Testing, Training and Usage of Veeva and the associated integration applications are in place to support the multiple annual releases,
• Collaborating with multiple partners (internal and external) to ensure that the environments are provisioned with the necessary data and capacity required,
• Maintaining expertise on evolving Platform capability,
• Maintaining deep understanding of the key technologies to enable effective impact assessments of any proposed changes or design choices,
• Maintaining familiarity with architectural standards and vision, technical landscape, validation requirements and other aspects of GSK environment,
• Keeping relevant technical documentation up to date (as agreed with IT Asset Owner),
• Communicating the environment strategy and deliverables.
