The IT Business Analyst will support project teams throughout entire project life cycle from inception through design, build, test and deployment. We offer you a challenging role within the Identity and Access Management where you will have:

Enterprise & Security Services (ESS) brings services that are currently spread across the organization together to provide security services across all functions.

Identity and Access Management (IAM) organization within ESS is responsible for the design and delivery of the key services related to the management of identities, and the safeguarding of access to critical digital assets. The team is a global and it has a dynamic and multicultural atmosphere.

The IT Business role will have an opportunity to transform our delivery by proactively engaging stakeholders to elicit requirements that meet business needs, support the adoption of services, and reduce IAM complexities whilst maintaining compliance with regulatory and audit requirements. Your skills and experience

To succeed in IT Business Analyst role, you need to have goal-orientated attitude and the following:

• A university degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 3 years of proven work experience in IT as business analyst or data analyst role
• Proven expertise in business analysis, requirements gathering, use case and user stories specification, workflows creation
• Experience in an agile environment, and proficient usage of tools such as Jira, Confluence
• Advanced SQL skills
• Excellent analytical skills and problem solving skills
• Solid knowledge of Security and IT guidelines and SDLC
• Outstanding communication skills to present technical information to fellow technical professionals as well as business partners
• Ambition and interest in working in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent English skills (written and spoken)
