PA/PY Deputy Team Leader for Germany

IKEA Business Service Center Sp. z o.o. is an organisation located in Poznan (Poland). Our assignment is to take care of transactional services for IKEA Group organizations in all European countries where IKEA has its business activities. Our aim is to work more efficiently with administrative tasks within Finance and HR throughout the IKEA Group, to help our units focus on the core IKEA business: meeting our customers.

IKEA Shared Service Center in Poznan is currently looking for a

PA/PY Deputy Team Leader for Germany
(temporary contract)

If you are…

• fluent in German and English (written and spoken),
• an analytical university graduate with a good knowledge of German personnel administration and payroll processes,
• customer oriented with excellent communication skills,
• flexible and able to work in a fast changing environment,
• a skilled leader (with some managerial experience as an asset).

• to support a Team Leader in delivering efficient and qualitative PA/PY services in line with the global procedures and local legal requirements,
• to support all co-workers in PA/PY related topics,
• to take an active role in coaching and developing PA/PY staff,
• to ensure that the knowledge transfer between the local organisation and IKEA SSC is handled in an appropriate IKEA way,
• to be a part of a work environment where the IKEA culture is a strong and living reality.
