Team Leader IKEA Food

If You have…

• experience of working in vibrant retail environment,
• proven strong value based leadership experience,
• experience in using commercial opportunities to attract visitors, marketing and commercial activity planning,
• ability to provide others with clear direction and precise goals, lead by example, delegate responsibility, give clear and honest feedback,
• passion for retail and food business (experience in gastronomy will be an advantage),
• English and Polish language skills,
