About the job
This position calls for a talented person, passionate and expert in home furnishing competence. The main objective for the person will be to place IKEA as true home furnishing trendsetter and contribute to growth of the home furnishing market in Poland. By taking this challenge you will become a part of experienced and enthusiastic commercial teams, building common success in the fantastic and vibrant part of the Europe.

About you

• you are mature leader who can develop business through people & have an ability to engage people by creating passion for your plans
• you have deep passion, curiosity, and understanding of home furnishing, peoples’ everyday life at home, interior design, shopping behavior, retailing, and communication
• you use your commercial and visual competence through a keen eye for aesthetics to capitalize on short- and long-term business opportunities
• you have design based educational qualification
• you are fluent in written and spoken English

About the assignment

• maximizing the impact of the IKEA stores and other retail medium by presenting the IKEA range in a way that is attractive and relevant to the market
• securing that the home furnishing solutions are relevant to the many people’s life at home in the Polish market, and that they reflect our visitors’ needs and dreams
• secure that our store home furnishing solutions provide a successful shopping experience for our customers
• working with global partners and country Com&In managers to develop the IKEA Concept effectively in order to meet future demands from our customer
• working with the team to visualize the IKEA Brand identity through the unique way we furnish the home, design stores, and communicate IKEA’s Swedish roots

The home furnishing market is expected to triple in Poland by 2035 and IKEA is at the forefront of this growth. With strong expansion plans, we are creating opportunities for innovative, forward-thinking individuals who want to develop themselves, people and the business!
