HR Shared Services Specialist

HR Shared Services has been established to maximize HR global efficiencies, create capacity for the HR division, increase global consistency in process, and improve the customer experience across the enterprise. As the first point-of-contact for servicing the tier one needs of our clients, HR Shared Services provides a broad range of support for our technology solutions, as well as operational and business administration support.

The ideal candidate:

• 1-3 years of work experience in Human Resources
• Solid problem solving skills with a passion for technology, process improvement, and continuous learning
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional customer service orientation
• Drives results and is solutions-oriented
• Demonstrated good judgement and analytical skills
• Able to build credibility with internal and external partners
