Working with us, you will be responsible for:
We deliver effective recruitment solutions using a consultative approach to include workforce planning and recruitment to hiring leaders, which result in onboarding the best-fit candidate for assigned positions.
Daily tasks:
- Be a subject matter expert and use data to lead recruitment for junior to mid-level positions
- Provides top-caliber customer service throughout the recruitment cycle, proactively communicating throughout the process with candidates and hiring managers
- Develops talent pipelines, understands the client’s needs and partners with hiring leaders to understand the business and create an effective search plan
- Works closely and in partnership with the in-house Sourcer(s) and strives to limit the use of 3rd party/agency support, instead focusing on utilizing in-house tools and support
- Develops candidate leads and stays current with industry market information using both internal and external sources
- Maintains accurate and well-ordered documentation
- Communicates in the “language” of the business to enable placement of the right talent, in the right place, at the right time

- We are looking for candidates who:
- Are fluent in English
- Have university degree in Human Resources or Communications preferred.
- Have minimum of 3-5 years of high volume, professional recruiting experience.
- Have industry experience in the BPO/SSC sector preferred.
- Have strong customer management skills with ability to build trust and credibility with both candidates & hiring managers.
- Have solid knowledge of applicable/advance recruitment and staffing techniques (highly desirable).
- Have experience with an employment management system, preferably TALEO and advanced internet recruiting skills (required).
- Have proficiency with Windows and MS Office applications preferred.
- Have strong organizational and time management skills (required).
- Have ability to thrive in a high volume, fast-paced, ever changing environment.
- Have strong attention to detail.
- Have excellent written and oral communication skills and demonstrated ability to communicate with all levels in an organization.
