HR Analyst

What will you do?
Responsibilities:

• Developing analyzes and reports on HR indicators;
• Preparation of employment budget and salary reviews;
• Building a unified reporting system;
• Preparation of data for financial reserves and payroll data, including settlement of working hours, bonuses;
• Supervision over the established structure of remuneration and job levels, as well as their updating;
• Participation in the implementation of new systems related to data analysis and payroll, including recommending modern solutions.

Who are we looking for?
Requirements:

• Higher education, preferably in economics / finance / management / HR;
• Experience in working in a position related to HR analysis (especially in the area of remuneration);
• Working knowledge of processes such as budgeting, salary review and labor law knowledge;
• Experience in project work streamlining HR processes;
• English at a level that allows easy communication;
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel;
• Highly developed analytical skills, including the ability to draw conclusions from analyzes and recommend solutions;
• Independence in action and taking own initiatives.
