Job Description
Tasks:

• Management of the IT group for system engineering
• Product and service responsibility in area of system engineering
• Collaboration with application stakeholders in an international environment
• Work with HR to recruit, interview, select and hire employees
• Sustain an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, key employee retention and development, and high performance
• Drives qualification and development for their team members
• Lead employees using a performance management and development process that provides an overall context and framework to encourage employee contribution and includes goal setting, feedback, and performance development planning

Qualifications
Profile:

• Strong leadership skills, ability to lead functionally and motivate team
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to combine technical and business view
• Problem-solving skills (analysis, options, driving decision)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Intercultural skills to foster open and trustworthy international collaboration
