Job Description
Tasks:

• As Group Leader you are responsible to develop and provide right talents in terms of skills and qualification needed to deliver IT demands
• In your function you proactively collaborate with respective stakeholders to understand their needs for experts
• You are responsible for building and guiding your team in an international context to be competitive in the dynamic global context
• Furthermore, you are responsible for the engagement of associates and people management, including mentoring of associates, competency and career development as well as goal setting and performance reviews

Qualifications
Profile:

• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to motivate and enable experts to work successfully in virtual teams and drive continuous and lifelong learning
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to combine technical and business view
• Knowledge of SAP solutions supporting business processes in the area of finance (FI), controlling (CO), human resources (HR) and master data management (MDM)
• Problem-solving skills (analysis, options, driving decision)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Intercultural skills to foster open and trustworthy international collaboration
• Very good written and spoken English
