Your field of responsibility

As the Capability Owner you will be responsible for one of the 6 Network Security Capabilities end-to-end. Tasks include the definition of the Capability strategy and roadmap, service management and definition of the overall governance for the services within the Capability. In your capacity you will work closely with the Global Network Security team and represent the Capability towards senior management.

Being located in Warsaw, Poland you will be part of our dynamic and diverse Capability team that consists of highly skilled and experienced professionals. We work closely together with the Global Network Security teams as well as with various stakeholders across the bank. Overall, our Network Security team is part of the Group Chief Information Office with over 10’000 staff supporting the entire range of IT infrastructure, including cloud platforms. Your skills and experience

For this outstanding and challenging position, you will bring with you the following skills:

• A minimum of 5 years in a service management role – proven and professional experience within a large global bank or the financial sector is considered as an asset
• Ability to lead the capability forward including the implementation of the defined strategy, service improvements and reporting
• In-depth understanding of IT service management framework (i.e. ITIL, COBIT…etc.)
• A good understanding of network security concepts and technologies and the proven ability to communicate and work with technology subject matter experts
• Experience in general project management methodologies
• Outstanding communication skills to allow you to communicate with technical and senior management
• Be able to work independently, demonstrate a well-structured working style, a high level of reliability and feel comfortable in a global and highly complex environment
• To build and maintain positive relationships with your colleagues you have excellent verbal and written command of the English language
