About this opportunity

Cyber Security is a broad domain, and as such, we offer several entry-level positions in our Future Engineers Programme, and are looking for technology enthusiasts with a passion for Cyber Security, with no, or limited, experience from working in the field previously.

We offer a 12-month trial contract with high possibility to extend.

Here are the tracks/roles we are looking for:

Internal Penetration testers

Welcome to the Cyber Security Testing Team. We add value by de-risking the bank and detecting security issues in our IT infrastructure and applications. As an IT Security PenTester, you’ll play a valuable role in our Security Testing process and threat hunting activities to prevent disturbance of the bank’s services.

Cyber Defence centre

In the Cyber Security Monitoring team we add value to Nordea by monitoring and responding to IT security incidents and protecting our customers. In this role, you will play a valuable role in our Cyber Security Operations Center.

Identity & Access Management

In the Identity & Access Management we protect and de-risk the bank by controlling all accesses and users in our systems. We look forward to welcoming future engineers who are interested in IAM Operations and Software development. You’ll play a valuable role in keeping our operations stable, mature and our systems up-to-date.

Data Leakage Prevention

In Data Leakage Prevention team we create value by preventing sensitive data exfiltration attempts.

In this role, you’ll play an important role in maintaining and improving our data security posture by maturing our current tools, processes and controls.

Cloud Security

Join the newly established Cloud Security Team, and take part in delivery of new and innovative cloud security strategies and solutions to safeguard the bank’s cloud platforms. You will be involved in development and implementation of cyber security capabilities to address current and emerging threats and requirements in the cloud space to meet industry standards.

Encryption Governance

Join a niche area within Cyber Security and become a truly unique profile. In the Encryption Governance Team we deliver cryptographic advisory, governance and solutions for new or existing services, e.g. cloud, secure storage, cards, applications using symmetric and asymmetric cryptography. You’ll play a valuable role in helping to provide the insights into legal and regulatory changes in the banking environment that could impact business and/or security performance.

Database Activity Monitoring

In the Data Leakage Prevention team we create value by preventing sensitive data exfiltration attempts.

You’ll play an important role in maintaining and improving our data security by supporting the implementation of new and improved use cases and policies to ensure highly effective controls and monitoring the activity on our databases.
