About this opportunity

We have several entry-level positions open in our Future Engineers Programme. We are looking for technology passionates who has knowledge, yet no or very little experience in working in IT, as they have just finished their studies or reskilled to IT.

We offer a 12-month trial contract with high possibility to extend.

As part of the Nordea Future Engineers Programme, you will be provided with real tasks within the projects, mentorship and trainings.

The role can be based in any of the Nordea locations in Poland (Gdynia / Gdańsk / Łódź / Warsaw). Our modern and work supporting designed offices are great for meetings, collaboration and focus time. In Nordea you can expect an environment where micromanagement is frowned upon, your private time is respected, and there are the occasional, get together internal events (when we are not currently experiencing a pandemic lockdown).
