Managing Director

The Managing Director needs to be able to work well with and inspire the team. He/She needs to understand the non-profit sector and understand finances. He/She must be able to readily and calmly solve problems, or better yet, foresee problems and direct the team away from them. The following are some of the attributes we are looking for.

1. Able to develop a complete overview of the project
2. Personable and good with people
3. Creative
4. Emotionally and intellectually mature
5. Good working knowledge of Excel and other PC skills
6. Drivers’ license (B) active
7. English language skills (active, written and spoken)
